Yeah, I'm one of those people you see with dirty feet. I don't care. I can feel the earth under my feet and my toes are strong! I picked up those grapes you have in your hand with my TOES! BOOYAH!

I have lost count on how many of these posts i’ve made but it just kind of shows how much fitspo and photoshop go together and how prevalent they are. I keep finding these images in the #motivation tag, and even on my own dash.
Yet there is still this sense of pride in fitspo, that they show “real bodies” and claim that the reasoning for why peoples butts look like that is because of squats. It’s a bit sad on how people really consider these motivational images even though they don’t have it themselves and it’s pretty obvious if you right click and click on “search on Google for this image”. Plus to want to look like someone else, or strive for a similar body type is really self destructive because of the whole genetics, photoshop, and they are their own person. It’s like a rhino trying to be a unicorn, which why when I see photoshopped images (or fitspo in general) it’s no better than thinspo, really.
The left is photoshopped the right are the originals
I hate that. It really pisses me off.
